On July 29th, organized by the Association of winemakers of Šumadija, at the Gallery “Lubarda” of the Andrić Institute, was officially opened the exhibition entitled “Art and Wine” with artworks by a group of authors. The authors found the inspiration in wine and vineyards. The setting consists of 36 works of renowned artists who, through paintings, sculptures, objects and assemblies, united the common theme – wine.
The author of the setting, a sculptor Nebojša Savović Nes, emphasized that there were different techniques, styles and poetics at the exhibition, but that the wine gathered everything and everyone, because the artists have been inspired by the wine for centuries.
“The exhibition has very high quality thanks to the authors. The exhibition is accompanied by a catalog that combines all three places of exhibiting. It is a vineyard house in Oplenac, the Gallery “Lubarda” in Andrićgrad, and “Beli dvor” in Dedinje,” added Savović.
Participants that took place at the exhibition were: Sergej Aparin, Dejan Babović, Žarko Vučković, Božidar Damjanovski, Vasilije Dolovački, Željko Đurović, Ljubomir Lacković, Aleksandar M.
